A 70-80 percent probability of winds gusting above 55 mph. * WHERE...Upper San Joaquin River and Yosemite NP outside of the valley. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
