* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph over high and exposed terrain.
* WHERE...The Warner Mountains of Modoc County. This also includes
Cedar Pass on state highway 299 at 6323 ft.
* WHEN...From 5 PM Wednesday to 11 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult and delays in your commute. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will ease Wednesday night.
