* WHAT...Snow expected. There is a likelihood of moderate weather
impacts. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches above
4000 feet. 1 to 4 inches possible down to 3000 feet.
* WHERE...Elk City, Dixie, and Highway 12 Lowell to Lolo Pass.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...For MODERATE winter weather impacts, expect disruptions
to normal activities. Hazardous traveling conditions. Use extra
caution while driving. Closures and disruptions to infrastructure
may occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy, wet snow may cause localized power
outages and tree damage.
