* WHERE...Spokane Valley, Rockford, Worley, Fairfield, Cheney,
Hayden, Downtown Spokane, Airway Heights, Post Falls, Coeur
d'Alene, and Davenport.
* WHEN...Until noon PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on winter travel conditions during the Friday
morning commute.
