* WHAT...Snow for the Palouse along and east of Highway 195.
Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
* WHERE...Oakesdale, Potlatch, Rosalia, Plummer, and Tekoa.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will chance over to rain or a mix of
rain and snow this afternoon. Precipitation will change back over
to snow tonight with additional snow accumulating on road surfaces.
