* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations less
than one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
