* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total sleet accumulations up
to one half inch and ice accumulations up to three tenths of an
inch.
* WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Southern Piscataquis, Northern
Washington, and Central Penobscot Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Isolated power outages
are possible from the freezing rain. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
