Description:
Temperatures are warming above freezing and precipitation this
afternoon will fall as rain. Some freezing rain is still possible
into the early afternoon across the Saint John Valley, but road
surfaces have warmed above freezing and any additional ice accretion
will be on elevated surfaces only.
