Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches, sleet accumulations a tenth to 1 inch, and ice accumulations from a tenth of an inch to a quarter of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of Central Highlands, Far Eastern, North Woods, and Penobscot Valley Maine * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
