Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and Northern Oxford Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air temperatures remaining below freezing. Expect slippery road conditions and avoid travel if possible. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and break some tree limbs. The power outage threat is limited.
