* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph through early this morning. * WHERE...In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some snow squalls may track across the Alleghenies today, particularly from the late morning through much of the afternoon. Any such squall could lead to a rapid drop in visibilities and come with rates of one to one and a half inches per hour.
