* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 8 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Clare, Mecosta, Osceola, Lake, and Newaygo Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and Monday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
