accumulations between 3 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
