* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations of one tenth to
one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Alpena, Cheboygan, Emmet, Montmorency, and Presque Isle
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
