* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations two and four inches. For the Winter Storm Warning,
heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7
inches.
* WHERE...Lake Of The Woods, North Beltrami, South Beltrami, and
North Clearwater Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Friday. For
the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM Friday to 1 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
