accumulations between 1 and 2 inches. For the Winter Storm
Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6
and 12 inches.
* WHERE...Wadena and Hubbard Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Friday. For
the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM Friday to 1 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
