Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy
snow and patchy blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...West Polk County.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Friday. For
the Winter Storm Warning, from 1 PM Friday to 7 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
