* WHAT...Patches of light snow. Patchy blowing snow possible in open
country. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Clay County. In North Dakota, Barnes and
Cass Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
