* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and widespread blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make travel dangerous, especially in open country. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
