Description:
* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Additional
snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory, widespread blowing snow
expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Big Stone and Traverse Counties. In South
Dakota, Day, Marshall, and Roberts Counties.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
