* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to around one inch and ice accumulations of a
tenth to two tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Minnesota and east central South
Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 6 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
