Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, Hill County, Northern Blaine County, Western and Central Chouteau County, and Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
