* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Elkhorn and Boulder Mountains, Upper Blackfoot and MacDonald Pass, Southern Rocky Mountain Front, and Northwest Beaverhead County. * WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 6 AM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Tire chains may be required for some vehicles if traveling through mountain passes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The wet variety of snow may pose snow load impacts to infrastructure.
