* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Blaine, Loup, and Sheridan Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Strong winds could
create areas of blowing snow and reduced visibility.
