Description:
* WHAT...Light snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulation
less than one-half inch. Sustained north-northwest winds 30 to 40
MPH, with gusts 50 to 60 MPH.
* WHERE...Merrick, Nance, Polk, York, and Hamilton Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, could
become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
strong winds, combined with any falling snow, will bring the
potential for visibility reductions to around one-half mile for at
least a brief time.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The vast majority of snow for the day has
already fallen, with any additional accumulation likely less than
one-half inch before snow ends.
