Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Northern Herkimer County. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front will move through tonight, bringing a significant drop in temperatures to below freezing for precipitation to change over to a wintry mix and snow. Between a light glaze of ice to 0.05 inches and snow is expected tonight into tomorrow morning.
