Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Steuben County.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates greater than 1 inch per hour
will be possible this tonight as cold air has surged in behind the
cold front. Rapid accumulation on roadways is possible as
temperatures drop into the 20s and upper teens overnight.
