inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...In New York, Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin,
and Western Essex Counties. In Vermont, Eastern Rutland and
Western Windsor Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact this evenings commute. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected between 7 PM
this evening and Midnight Saturday.
