* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Bottineau, Pierce, and Rolette Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Thursday to 7 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility, with brief periods of near
blizzard conditions possible. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Thursday evening commute.
