* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations around 3 to 7 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Burleigh, Mercer, and Oliver Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
