* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. There is a low chance of exceeding 6 inches of snow in the southern James River Valley. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota, including the James River Valley. * WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 7 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes, and could impact the Thursday morning commute.
