Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch,
heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12
inches possible, with a low chance of exceeding 12 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Thursday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday morning through Saturday
afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
