* WHAT...Snow expected Above 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations
between 5 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
