* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Crawford and Northern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
