Description:
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Pennsylvania, Laurel Highlands, and
the higher terrain of northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Tuesday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
