* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory, areas of blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Hand, Clark, and Spink Counties. * WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make travel dangerous, especially in open country. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
