Description:
* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Winds
gusting as high as 60 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory,
widespread blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For
the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 1 AM CDT
Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
