* WHERE...Brookings and Moody Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility
below a half mile, will make travel dangerous, especially in open
country. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning
commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
