* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and ice
accumulations around a light glaze. For the Winter Storm Watch,
heavy mixed precipitation and areas of blowing snow possible.
Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches and ice
accumulations around a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as
high as 35 mph.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Falling and blowing snow
