Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy
mixed precipitation and areas of blowing snow possible. Total snow
accumulations between 7 and 10 inches and ice accumulations up to
one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Campbell, Edmunds, McPherson, and Walworth Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through
Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Falling and blowing snow
may lead to areas of quick and sudden reductions to visibility,
making travel difficult, especially in rural areas that are prone
to blowing snow. The hazardous conditions could impact the
