* WHAT...Rain changing to Snow expected this afternoon. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, except up to 5 inches across the
higher elevations of the Smoky Mountains. Winds gusting as high as
40 mph.
* WHERE...Far east Tennessee mountains and Wise county, Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday evening commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
