amounts across the mountain ridges. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph.
* WHERE...In Virginia, Bland, Smyth, and Tazewell Counties. In West
Virginia, Mercer and Summers Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rapidly falling temperatures are expected
this afternoon with rain showers changing to snow. Snow is
expected to accumulate across the higher elevations this evening.
