Total snow accumulations up to 14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 5 AM Monday to 5 PM PDT Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
