* WHAT...Snow expected Above 3000 feet. Total snow accumulations
between 4 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Very strong winds
could cause extensive tree damage.
