* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 9 inches for
elevations above 4000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Holden Village, Stehekin, and Stevens Pass.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Wednesday to 11 PM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
