Description:
* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing and drifting snow. Visibilities at
times will be reduced to less than one mile. Additional snow
accumulations less than an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portage and Wood Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
