* WHAT...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph, resulting in considerable
blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibilities.
* WHERE...Waushara and Waupaca Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday evening commute.
