* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations between one
tenth and two tenths of an inch. Higher accumulations in that
range will be possible along the Kettle Moraine and over central
Wisconsin.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
