inches with locally higher amounts over the highest peaks. Winds
gusting as high as 30 mph Tuesday.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 8 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult along US 14. Recreation in the
high country will be impacted.
