Winds gusting as high as 75 mph. * WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80. * WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead to slick road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall will be brief, but may be heavy at times. Temperatures will drop very rapidly this evening behind a strong cold front. A flash freeze could impact roadways in the area.
